Sea bass is a fish to be cooked in a simple way and in the shortest possible time, to better savor its tender and delicate meat.

With salt it is very simple: in a high baking dish, create a first layer of salt, place the sea bass clean and well dried. The choice is yours whether to insert aromatic herbs, lemon slices and a head of garlic in its belly, or leave it natural. Finally cover it with the remaining salt, crushed well so that there are no holes.

Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

After the time has passed, take the fish out of the oven. You should have formed a compact crust of salt that will come off easily, clean the skin and bones and place the fillets on a serving dish. Season with a drizzle of oil and parsley.

You can accompany the sea bass with steamed potatoes or other vegetables of your choice.
