Cultivated in Maremma by our Albaluna farm.
Produced and packaged by the Fabbri artisan pasta factory in Strada in Chianti (Fi).
Ground from Molino Silvestri di Torgiano (Pg).
Drawn in bronze molds.
Slowly dried on frames in static cells at a temperature below 38 °.

OUR OIL
Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
100% Italian product cold pressed.
The oil mill inside our Albaluna farm, which allows us to crush the olives a few hours after harvesting, is the real secret of quality.
We have about 2,000 plants spread over about 5 hectares of land which, thanks to a very particular microclimate created by the proximity of the sea, a predominantly clayey soil and a height of about 300 meters above sea level, produce olives with unique and characteristic flavors.
