shrimps in rose sauce

250 gr fresh mayonnaise

90/100 gr ketchup

10 gr mustard

10 gr cognac

5 gr  worcestersouce

500 gr frozen or fresh shrimps shelled

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE

It starts with the mayonnaise: in the glass of the mini pimer whip 3 whole egg yolks the juice of a filtered lemon (even less), two pinches of salt, slowly, slowly add the corn oil until a mixture is formed nice firm (there is no specific weight, it is advisable to keep the mixture under control, however more or less 300 grams).

Add ketchup, mustard, worcester sauce, cognac and mix gently. For a more delicate taste, you can add fresh lightly whipped cream.

Add the well washed shrimps to the sauce, previously blanched for two minutes in boiling water and well dried
